Warning |
Limit your title
tag to 70 characters, including spaces, instead of 102.
Limit your title tag
to 70 characters, including spaces. If your title tag is
too long, the engine will cut it off in mid-sentence.
|
1. Your
Title tag is not the first tag in the <HEAD>
area of your page! Your Title tag should be
placed before all other tags, otherwise search
engines may overlook it which will significantly
damage your rankings. |
|
2. Your
Title tag has stop words! Words such as
"and, on, a, the, for, to, about, are, that,
were, by, of" and other auxiliary words are too
common and search engines don't take them into
consideration. By using a stop word in your
Title tag, you potentially damage your rankings.
A rule of thumb: the less stop words you use in
your Title tag, the better. |
|
|
Warning |
Your keyword
isn't present in the URL!
Our research of
hundreds of search engines top-lists shows that keyword
presence in the URL is crucial for achieving high
rankings in a search engine's results list. By placing
keywords in your domain name, you gain a serious
advantage with search engines. If your URL points to an
already established and high-ranked web page, we do not
recommend altering it. However, this factor is worth
considering when you create new pages / sites. Most
major search engines favor websites with keywords in
their URL; however, remember to use them sensibly and
not to abuse them. When optimizing a page for a key
phrase, separate keywords in the URL with a hyphen
(domain/web-site.html) or an underscore (domain/web_site.html),
but do not write them as one word. Otherwise, search
engines will understand it as a single word (even if the
search engine result highlights this keyword in bold),
and your work on URL optimization will be wasted |
|
Warning |
Google xml sitemap missing
A Google xml sitemap allows Google to see
all your pages and allows the Google bots to spider and
view all web site pages. Because of your site template
and hosting not allowing access to a root directory
(this is often found in sites using a u-build control
panel) and xml sitemap cannot be included. This can hurt
your web site |
|
Warning |
The standard
length for a META keyword tag is 150 characters. Your
tag has 362 characters.
The standard length
for a META keyword tag is 150 characters, including
spaces. Make sure that yours meets this limit. Use
keywords that are relevant to a particular page only. |
|
Warning |
Your Site Is A
Template and Uses Frames
Frame sites are a
big NO for the search engines. These pages are often not
read correctly by the search engines. Frame web sites
rarely make the top of the search engines. Also, as a
template web site, you offer no unique information as
all other web sites by the same template company offer
the same information for the same location you service.
Search engines like sites that contain different
information, not duplicate pages as seen on like sites
of same template design |
|
Warning |
Try to get an
overall keyword density of the body text greater than
3%. Current density is 0.08%
In order for your
page to score high in the rankings, you'll need to use
your keyword phrase in the tags and body text of the
page. Currently, your keyword density for the body text
is low. Try to have a keyword density for the visible
body text of between 3 and 4%.
You need to use
your keyword phrase in the body text of your pages.
Make sure that your
body text is content and keyword rich, and that your
keyword weight is appropriate.
|
1. None
of your keywords are in bold! The fact that
you put a certain keyword or phrase in bold
tells the search engine that you place an
emphasis on it. Naturally it considers these
words or phrases to be more important than those
in regular font. We recommend that you put your
key phrase in bold one or more times. |
|
2. Your
keyword is too far away from the beginning of
this page! Your keyword's prominence is only
0.0% while it should be at least 57%. If
possible, move your keyword closer to the
beginning of your page; this will greatly
improve overall prominence. |
|
3. Your
keyword doesn't have enough weight on your page!
Your keyword should constitute at least 2
percent, while with your page it is only 0.0%.
Increase the keyword weight so its value ranges
within the boundaries of 2-10 percent. Also keep
in mind the possibility of using different forms
of your keywords. While ranking, search engines
consider not only direct matches of keywords,
but also their various alterations. |
|
4. Your
keyword is not present at the beginning of this
page! Early appearance of your keyword shows
its importance in the context of the entire page
because it is mentioned at the very beginning We
recommend that keywords be placed in the first
50 words in the visible text of this page. |
|
5. Your
keyword is not present at the end of your page!
Your page will be more relevant if your keyword
appears at the end of the visible text. To
achieve this, put your keyword in the last 50
words of your copy. |
|
|
Warning |
You Have No
Robots.Txt
Robot txt file is
made to be housed in the root directory of your web site
and tells the engines that they can index the web site
or in some cases tells engines what pages they should
not crawl. Your site has no crawl instructions for the
search engines. Because the site is a template using a
control panel, you do not have a root directory access
and as such cannot add a robots.txt This is the
limitation of having a template web site |
|
Warning |
Backlinks
Theme
|
1.
Referring pages are not relevant enough! Web
pages that contain link to your page are not
relevant enough as the keyword is presented in
only 0.0% of the titles. For thematic linking
this number should be at least 45%. Making a
deal with webmasters, please, make sure the link
pointing to your page is placed on the
thematically resembling page, i.e. the title and
the content resemble your theme. The time you
spent creating texts for potential link-partners
will be reworded with relevant links and thus
higher search engines rankings. |
|
2. Link
texts is not thematic
enough! The text in inbound links pointing
to your page is not thematic enough, i.e. the
keyword is presented in 0.0% of links. For
thematic linking this number should be higher
than 45%. Low relevance of the text of inbound
links can negatively influence your ranking for
the targeted keywords. Please, revise your link
building strategy and try to contact webmasters
in order to ask them to rewrite existing link
texts |
|
|
Warning |
Use one or more
header tags.
The engines place a
lot of relevance to keywords found in heading tags. Use
heading tags, and place your keyword phrase toward the
beginning of the tag, when possible. Try beginning the
body of your page with a heading tag rather than a
graphic. Also, consider using heading tags in a
graduated manner, beginning with an "H1" tag, then one
or two "H2" tags, an "H3" tag, and so forth.
Your page either
has no <H1> headings, in the text in the first heading
on the page.
It is crucial that
your keyword appears in one of these headings. We also
recommend that you put an <H1> heading as close to the
beginning of your page as possible. Search engines
traditionally consider text in the headings to be
essential, and having your keyword there will positively
influence your website's overall optimality. |
|
Warning |
Hiding text is considered
spamming.
Google considers ALL hiding of text
that the engines can see but the visitors can't to be
SPAM. Using the same or similar font color on the same
or similar colored background is spamming. Make sure
that the font color differs from the background color by
at least 10%.
Both the text and background of
your page have the same color! This is a commonly
used way of deceiving search engines and it is easily
detected. Change the color of text or background to
avoid inevitable problems. If you use images or objects
(flash, ActiveX) as background, search engines cannot
detect whether background and text colors coincide--they
compare body background color with the text color. In
this case, make sure the body background color is not
the same as the text color. Otherwise, your page may be
penalized for nothing, even if the text is visible in
browser windows. |
|
Warning |
Red flag: Are you using hidden
links?
Are you using hidden links on your
page? The engines consider hidden links to be spam.
Rather than using hidden links, try adding visible links
to all important pages of your site. Consider using a
site map as well. Place your links to other pages of
your site in front of the engines every chance you get!
Most engines tend to place more relevancy on pages they
spider themselves, so this is another benefit of using
links. |
|
Warning |
Try to get an
overall keyword density of the body text greater than
3%. Current density is 0.08%
In order for your
page to score high in the rankings, you'll need to use
your keyword phrase in the body text of the
page. Currently, your keyword density for the body text
is low. Try to have a keyword density for the visible
body text of between 3 and 4%. |
|
Warning |
Your keyword
rarely appears in the ALT / TITLE attributes of text and
graphical links on this page!
Your keyword should
appear at least once in text links, but it doesn't
appear at all. We recommend that it be used in such
links up to 6 times.. |
|
Warning |
Constantly
improve the link popularity of your pages!
This function shows
how many other Web pages are linking to yours. Link
popularity is crucial for your search engines rankings.
Remember that having few high-quality sites linking to
you is far better than many irrelevant links. The only
way to achieve Top-10 positions is to have very
competitive keywords and good link popularity.
|
|
Warning |
You are missing 3
ALT tags in IMG, AREA, APPLET or INPUT tags.
Many of the engines
consider the content of ALT text, so be sure to include
your important keyword phrase in a FEW of your ALT tags.
So, if you can think of a way to describe the graphic
AND include your keyword phrase, go for it. But, don't
EVER use this area to put keyword after keyword.
|
|
Warning |
You Have No
Sitemap
Your site has no
static html sitemap which search engines need to find
all pages of your site. You also lack a Google sitemap
which is an important factor for Google to find
corresponding pages. |
|
Warning |
Keywords were
found in 0% of the link text areas of your page.
Aim to use your
keyword phrase in link text in approximately 50% of your
links, if possible. Remember to describe each link by
using keywords. Be sure to link to RELATED and important
outgoing links or to related pages on your own site.
Most of the engines place considerable relevance on
keywords found in link text. |
|
Warning |
Try to use your
keyword phrase in other URL's on your pages.
The search engines
like to see one focused "theme" on each of your Web
pages, and throughout your entire Web site as well. One
way to determine the theme is to look at the URL's on
the page, the link text associated with the URL's, and
the other pages themselves to
see if the focus is the same as that of the existing
page. So, try to use your keyword phrase in other URL's
on your page, if possible. |
